Overall things are perfect.! The location was literally close to ski lift. And breakfast and dinner are quite good here. The only one you can disappoint is room size is a bit smaller than normal hotel.

The one week stay over the New Year's eve period was expensive but the accommodation was well kept and comfortable. Food was tasty and sufficient to keep me riding all day. Tea and coffee is not free except for during breakfast. This seemed like a cheap tactic to squeeze out some extra money for basic things that should be included in the price. Gryglowka ski lift is around 5 minutes away from Agal's entrance.

Very nice staff, the room was made available a few hours earlier, we had well-prepared ski equipment in accordance with the description we sent. Very varied breakfasts, good dinners. Perfect location 5 minutes from the ski lift.

Good location, nothing more. The restaurant is a disaster - I paid PLN 107 for 2 beers and 2 pork chops - which is already a large amount to start with (for this order) and should give great hope for great food, but! Both chicken and pork cutlets tasted like breaded pollock! The person who did this and fried the fish meat in the same fat and pan should lose his title as a chef for life. I will refrain from further epithets. Plus a set of salads that we just burst into laughter at the sight of - I think that if my 2.5-year-old daughter saw this, she would immediately say "Daddy again." Literally a teaspoon (not a spoon) of beetroot and something else, I don't remember what. The room - a fan in the bathroom screaming loudly, which could make you jump, and the beds were so soft that we still slept on boards. The drain in the shower was so large that it turned into a swimming pool. On the plus side, the room was clean and tidy, but the garbage bins were not thrown away by the staff during the stay. At least relatively cheap (although I assume it may vary depending on when you check the offer). I won't come back and I don't recommend it.

We were on a 3-day trip in August. We were welcomed by a nice gentleman. We had a room overlooking the ski slopes, clean, with a TV and a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Even though the room was originally for three people, the owner bowed to us and added a bed. Even with an extra bed, the room did not feel cramped. Breakfast in the form of a buffet, very tasty. Delicious, home-made cold cuts, amazing pâté and pepper paste came to the fore. Plus delicious scrambled eggs with cracklings, sausages, salads (including my favorite eggplant one), olives, etc. Very spacious parking lot. As a bonus - access to a public terrace with a view of the mountains. The facility's service was fantastic (kudos to the lady from Łuck).

The cleanliness of the room was poor, the breakfast had little choice and there was no hot food except sausages and pancakes 🥞. The curtains in the rooms have probably not seen a washing machine for a long time, a very specific unpleasant smell. The owners were not really interested in the fact that something was missing at breakfast 👎

I've seen a lot of negative opinions about this hotel, dating back to the late Gierek or the Polish People's Republic, but when looking for accommodation, everyone knows where they are coming from and what to expect. The hotel is old, but well-kept and clean. The staff is nice and helpful, the parking lot is large and the food we ate for dinner was really good. The proximity to the slope is also an advantage. At the hotel you can wax your skis for PLN 25 each. Definitely a positive assessment. I can confidently recommend this place. Edit: We returned in 2023 and the hotel maintains its standard, especially when it comes to cuisine. Thank you for the delicious breakfasts, the homemade cold cuts and sausages were delicious. We will try to come in 2024 as well.
